Never do business with The OEM Shop. Phone was originally advertised as "new". 1st, I opened the generic package and realized that the phone was refurbished. 2nd, tried to activate the phone with Verizon Wireless and representative told me that the phone could not be activated because the MEID was tied to another cell phone number. The OEM shop did not want to issue me a RMA number to return the phone.
